It began with a vision – a vision to unite distinguished scholars together at one institution; a vision of a community of learned, godly men and women committed to bringing honor and glory to God by imparting spiritual and academic training.

On July 1, 2010, Reformation Theological Seminary (R.T.S.) was formed under the care of Christ Community Church Yangon, member of Foundation Church of Myanmar (FCM) with twelve committed students in 2010. The RTS introduced offering regular semestral classes with different levels of B.A.Th., B.A.T.S. or B.Th., and B.Min. or G.Th.
